Chain X Global Trade – Refund & Return Policy

Refunds are only accepted if Chain X Global Trade sends the wrong item or incorrect
specifications. This is the only condition under which a refund will be granted.
No refund will be provided for: – Customer ordering the wrong item – Customer changing their mind
– Shipping delays beyond 8–12 days – Customs delays or external factors
If we send the wrong item, we cover all return shipping costs. In all other scenarios, no refund or
return will be accepted.
Customers agree that they waive all rights to sue Chain X Global Trade in any court of law
regarding returns, refunds, shipping delays, product delays, or any part of this policy. All dispute
resolution must occur only through email communication.
