The Siemens SIRIUS 3RW5534-6HA04 is an advanced hybrid soft starter designed for precise, reliable control of 3-phase motors in heavy-duty industrial environments. Operating at 200–480 V with a rated current of 113 A, this soft starter offers fully adjustable soft start and soft stop functions, including ramp times up to 360 seconds, torque control, breakaway boost, creep speed, and current limitation adjustable from 125% to 800%. It provides three parameter sets and features integrated bypass technology for improved efficiency and reduced heat loss.

Engineered with comprehensive motor protection, the unit includes electronic overload protection, thermistor evaluation, intrinsic device protection, ground-fault monitoring, current imbalance monitoring, and automatic recovery settings. It supports communication options such as PROFINET, Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFIBUS, and EtherNet/IP when combined with compatible modules. Additional features include event logs, error history, condition monitoring, wizards for setup, firmware updates, and remote reset capability.

Built to withstand harsh conditions, the soft starter is certified for CE, UL, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx environments. It supports inside-delta operation up to 196 A at 40°C and motor power ratings up to 110 kW at 400 V (inside-delta).
