Description

The Siemens SINAMICS G120C (6SL3210-1KE28-4AF1) is a high-efficiency, space-saving AC drive engineered for versatile motor control in a wide range of industrial machinery. Designed for 3-phase 380–480 V AC, it provides a rated output of 45 kW (LO) / 37 kW (HO) and delivers a robust 82.5 A output current, with peak current capability reaching 136 A for heavy starting loads. It supports both sensorless vector control (0–240 Hz) and V/f control (up to 550 Hz), offering precise, energy-efficient speed and torque control for conveyors, pumps, fans, mixers, packaging machines, and automation systems.

The drive includes an integrated Class A EMC filter, ensuring compliance with industrial electromagnetic requirements. With overload capability up to 150% for 57 seconds and 200% for 3 seconds, the G120C is optimized for demanding applications involving sudden load changes. The device also offers built-in PROFINET and EtherNet/IP communication for seamless integration with Siemens and non-Siemens PLC systems.

For flexible automation, the G120C provides 6 standard digital inputs, 1 fail-safe input, relay and transistor outputs, analog input/output, and a PTC/KTY interface for motor temperature monitoring. Its cooling is managed by an integrated fan, and it can operate from –20°C to +40°C with up to 95% humidity (non-condensing). The inverter supports motor cable lengths up to 300 m, enabling installation in large systems.

Built with an IP20 protection rating, compact FSD frame, and weighing only 19.5 kg, it fits easily into control panels, offering strong performance in a small footprint. The G120C meets major global standards including CE, UL, cUL, KC, EAC, and RCM, making it suitable for international use.
