Description
The Allen-Bradley 5069-L306ER CompactLogix controller is part of the high-performance CompactLogix 5380 family, designed to deliver faster execution speeds, improved productivity, and advanced communication features for a wide range of automation systems. With 600 KB of onboard user memory, it provides ample capacity for complex logic, motion coordination, and machine-level control tasks.
The controller includes two built-in gigabit EtherNet/IP ports, supporting both Dual-IP mode and Linear/Device-Level Ring (DLR) topologies, improving network flexibility and resilience. According to the datasheet, the 5069-L306ER supports up to 16 EtherNet/IP nodes and offers enhanced I/O performance and data throughput.
As part of the Compact 5000 I/O architecture, the 5069-L306ER supports up to 8 local I/O modules, enabling compact system designs while maintaining excellent scalability. It also features a USB 2.0 programming port, supports multiple programming languages (LD, ST, FBD, SFC), and provides robust diagnostics and high-speed task execution with up to 32 tasks and 1,000 programs per task.
Engineered for reliability, the controller complies with global industrial EMC and safety standards and is well-suited for applications such as packaging machinery, material handling, assembly systems, and general industrial automation where performance and compact design are critical.
