Free worldwide shipping is provided to all major countries with full duties and taxes paid (DDP).
Delivery time is typically 8–12 days globally.
Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather, political events, strikes, wars, conflicts, tariff
changes, port congestion, or any external circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for
refunds or compensation.
Customers agree that Chain X Global Trade cannot be sued in any court of law for shipping delays,
customs delays, carrier issues, or any logistical complications.
All shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for delays
beyond 8–12 days
