All purchases come with free worldwide shipping and duties/taxes paid, unless your country
requires special port charges. Delivery estimates are 8–12 days but may vary due to external
factors.
Customers acknowledge that Chain X Global Trade cannot be held liable for delays or losses
caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, political events, wars, tariff changes, or any
force majeure circumstances.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are
not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages, including business loss,
downtime, or installation costs.
LEGAL WAIVER: Customers agree they cannot sue Chain X Global Trade in any country, any
court, or any jurisdiction for any reason, including product performance, delays, warranty decisions,
shipping issues, or financial loss. All disputes must be resolved only through email.
FORCE MAJEURE: Chain X Global Trade is not responsible for failures caused by wars, strikes,
disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, shipping carrier failures, or global disruptions.
